VoiceAppMe ("VoiceAppMe", "we", "us") respects your privacy.

 

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you use our app and related services (the "Services").

 

Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address, display name, phone number, and country/region.

  • Call and message metadata: phone numbers, timestamps, routing, and duration (processed via Twilio). We use this metadata to deliver the Services and for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and compliance.

  • Voicemail content: voicemail audio recordings if you receive voicemail through the Services.

  • Transcripts and assistant outputs (optional): if you choose to create a transcript or use AI assistant features, we process voicemail audio and/or text you provide to generate transcripts and responses.

  • Subscription and payment information: purchase status and entitlement information from Apple, Google, Stripe, or Paystack (we do not receive your full card details when you pay through these providers).

  • Device identifiers: used to support per-device subscriptions and help prevent abuse.

 

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve calling, messaging, voicemail, transcription, and AI assistant features.

  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and enable purchased features.

  • Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with you about the Services.

  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services, including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

 

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that process data on our behalf ("processors") to operate the Services, such as Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (telephony), and Apple, Google, Stripe, and/or Paystack (payments). If you use transcription or AI assistant features, we also share the relevant audio/text with AI model providers to generate transcripts and responses. We do not sell your personal information.

 

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Voicemail recordings, transcripts, and related metadata are generally retained until you delete them or delete your account, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary for security and abuse prevention.

 

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live because we use service providers that operate globally. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers.

 

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

Your Choices & Rights

You can access and update your profile information in the app. You can also delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
